GradPak is committed to following best practices concerning data privacy and protection of the personal information from its Institutions it serves as clients.

Privacy refers to the handling of the personal information that GradPak receives from an Institution and GradPak collects from graduates in the administration of the GradPak Virtual Commencement Solution. GradPak treats this information no less rigorously than GradPak protects its own confidential and proprietary information. This information is stored on data-encrypted servers with a network firewall.

Any information GradPak receives from Institutions or Graduates will not be given away, sold, resold, or in any way transmitted to any third-party vendor or entity without the express written consent of the Institution and/or graduate, unless compelled by law, governmental rule or regulation, or by order of a court with competent jurisdiction. If so compelled, GradPak will notify the Institution and/or Graduate. The creation of the GradPak Virtual Commencement Solution is voluntary for both the Institution and each Graduate.

The GradPak Virtual Commencement Solution is intended to be displayed in a public forum, shared on social media, or otherwise be available for dissemination by either the Institution and/or the Graduate. GradPak will work closely with the Institution to apply core privacy principles and information security to safeguard information.
